All our work is quoted on a "Project" basis. In developing a quote,
we look at the body of work requested in it's entirety, then present
a cost to produce it.

Quotes cover actual development time, specification, testing &
debugging, on-site time (if applicable), and communications costs.
We do not bill for travel time to and from your site as long as it
is within a 50 mile radius of the greater Grand Rapids, MI area.

We provide all source code to the contracting party on completion
of a project, but we do claim author's rights to it (unless special
terms are agreed upon). If you develop a commercial product
through us, we request that you consider us as your support
option for that product. (applies to standalone database work)

Our database software products are designed for multi-user,
Windows based network environments. We will provide commercial
level installation processes, disk labeling and duplication,
packaging, distribution identification process, as required.

We work well remotely, meaning we don't neccessarily ever
have to visit your site, with everything being done by remote
control, fax, telephone, and E-Mail. Normally, at least a few
site visits are beneficial and sometimes required, geography
permitting.
